I would guess that most teachers have no idea how powerful they are on Wall Street. State teacher pension funds are among the largest institutional investors in the world. Asset management firms will bend over backwards to keep them happy. Use that power!
If you live in or are a public employee of these blue/swing states, you may have tax dollars or retirement funds invested in a private equity firm profiting off of ICE’s cruel and abusive flights.
