A vast amount of cheap—what I'd call junk—electronics are thrown away every day. If it's easy to buy, it's easy to throw away because it'll have zero resale value and no sentimental value.

I'll leave something in my basket and see if I still want it in a couple of days. The answer is often "no".

Then there’s the price tag. $500 for what? The highly touted ANC upgrade over the EX appears to be the result of three upgraded MEMS mics—the only hardware change we could find—and extensive software updates. Compare that to 0/10 AirPods 4 ANC at less than half the price.
