Lord knows I hate video based content especially for training. I much rather read and be quizzed. Why do you want me to spend hours watching anything when I can read in a fraction of the time?

I wanted barefoot shoes to lift in so I bought the vivos and they’re perfect but I cannot walk an incline on a treadmill without it killing my heel. Reddit is saying I have a weak foot but I don’t have pain any other time. The wellness stuff is difficult

And a man this week was spouting how there’s a singleness epidemic (ok sure) and how women promote being alone but we are meant to make connections to each other and I just found that so funny bc women are making connections just not with you and you cannot see that.

This past vacation just solidified how important having diverse women around me is. I feel positive I can never be lonely if I have my friends, sisters, and cousins around.

I understand why they tell people dieting to drink a lot of water. It is not for the hydration benefits at all it’s bc it will mimic your stomach being full when you’re starving. This is crazy

It’s getting expensive to party and dancing is scientifically proven to put you in a better mood. The world is in need of more joy so I think I’m gonna start planning events by the top of the year.

I am very lucky to surround myself with women (including my sisters and cousins) who pour into me, cheer for me, and can check me lovingly. I do prefer to see those dynamics in my books.

Usually I break my goals out in 12 different areas (financial, learning, physical, family, ect.) and look at them quarterly but I’m finding myself still falling short 😅 I think I need to condense it to like 6 and start looking monthly.

There are just so many coffee shops that open in the valley and it hurts my heart when I see Black women open them and don’t get traffic bc it’s such an oversaturated market (maybe it’s easy to run) we don’t have enough lounges for the nighttime tho. An untapped market

Heard from a friend at Disney+ that there are multiple levels of freakout internally, both from internal dissatisfaction, concerns about subscription cancelations, and of course the big one: concern about a boycott spilling over into parks and cruises.
