I genuinely believe that the salute was a pulse check to see what they’ll be able to get away with, and the media seems to be letting them know it’s everything.

For 6 years I lived with my parents to help with my ailing father. This is my first Christmas on my own with my daughter. This is our first genuine, big Christmas tree. This picture gives me contentment I can't describe. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Our local ballpark has a thing called Light the NIght they don in the winter; We checked it out last night and had a fantastic time!

The opening of the finale of Misfits and Magic smacked, to me, of some kind of re-filmed course correction. During Sam's sequence there's a prop on the table that is broken. Adventure starts, prop is whole, and never breaks. Did they film an ep, decide it didn't work, and film a different version?

I feel like I should stay connected to the news and politics just so I know when to have an umbrella for the monsoon of shit coming...but at the same time, the urge to plunge ones head into the sand is very strong.

I live with anxiety, and I want to tell you how much Inaide Out 2 helped me. It validated me. And I think it made me feel like it showed others what it's really like. Since then, Joy has become so important to me. I can almost hear her in my head on the bad mornings. "Cmon buddy, you got this!"

Another thing I've noticed on our Voyager rewatch....Janeway and the replicator. Having it regularly malfunction, sure. But she talks like she COOKS at the replicator. Says she "slaves over it" for hours. I really just can't make sense of this...
