In theory (& iirc) hot chocolate has a different texture even after cooling because of how heating changes proteins but, in reality, yeah.

We haven't! Yesterday was our first time up in Kyoto since we moved and we were in a different area. I'll definitely have to put that on our list!!

See, one of the weird things about dropping in on tiny mom and pop restaurants is that they will sometimes give you free snacks. The place we're in right now gave us yuzu panna cotta as a present with our drink order.
