The only person who is very open about wanting to be leader is Brian Schatz. And Brian Schatz is awful.
Here is an exchange I had with him on January 6th where he flagrantly and knowingly violated his oath by helping install Trump as president despite a Supreme Court ruling about this.

It is extremely not difficult to see how they are running afoul of this law and I have the highest confidence that a jury would agree.
So they need to start thinking about how they avoid getting to such a trial because once they are in that courtroom, their best lawyers will not save them.

Me explaining Congress:
It's literally millions of dollars, which I would add she very obviously doesn't need given her own extremely prominent presence.
And look at that, looks like she is still paying the Democrats hundreds of thousands of dollars despite telling us she is fighting for us!

So that seems like an exception right? Not so fast.
If the Court has other motives, where are they coming from? Do they have one fascist book they consult on every case? Probably not.
They talk to people first. Mike Johnson has bragged he texts Amy Coney Barrett.

Interesting the NYTimes is framing it like this when Spanberger herself probably would not.

In this particular case Durbin was lying to the American public. I was really surprised at the time he did it so blatantly. He just out of nowhere made up a fake rule about proxy ruling that is contradicted by his committee's own website!

Considering what our nation’s laws say about providing aid or comfort to insurrectionists, everyone who was involved in slow-walking this and welcoming home an insurrectionist to the White House needs to start considering their own criminal exposure.

You cannot tell people that if they elect your party you will release the Epstein files while you let the criminal on the left speak at your 2024 national convention.

There is a scene from The Wire where the corrupt state senator Clay Davis describes how he approaches money.
That was in Baltimore but it might as well have applied to the United States Congress.

I use the term faves because that is what Christine Pelosi used to describe Dems who were caught up in a flagrantly illegal child sex trafficking ring.
That was in 2019. I’ll spoil it: neither Christine Pelosi nor her mother did literally anything at all to follow the facts and expose our “faves”.

I’m curious how much Adam Schiff knew about Pelosi’s plan to keep Feinstein alive as long as possible and in office, despite Feinstein lacking mental faculties, so that he could become United States Senator.

Also I love how Jared Abbott wore a flannel as if he's preparing for a Minnesotan winter to signal how much of a man of the people he is.
