Original link is 404'ing, here's the UK government petition, if it gets to 100k signatures they have to speak on it in parliament which gives us another go at convincing the government giving paypros this ability is a bad fuckin idea.

PayPal is showing an optional post-invoice feedback form. Since feedback is shared with PayPal, many artists recommend not filling it out (especially NSFW artists).
Also: it’s safest to leave payment notes blank and avoid writing things like “art” or “commission.”
