In my view, the govt should create legislation ASAP, it wasn’t fair to promise and not deliver. It’s damaging to survivors, in a way though so is McDonnell/ Byrne giving the impression that they’ll never get a law (which is not true) whilst knowing theirs likely wouldn’t pass.
