I’m old enough to remember when a British ambassador to the United States sent cables to Whitehall describing Trump as, among other things, incompetent, abnormal, dysfunctional, clumsy, and inept.

Wonderful day at the BAMEed Anti-Racist Education Conference. Met lots of inspiring people, all working together for an anti-racist Wales, and to embed diversity and inclusive practice within the curriculum. Excited to have been appointed the Anti-Racism, Inclusion & Diversity Lead at my school. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️

The very best of birthday buddies! Thank you, Sir David. 💚🌍🌱
Happy 99th birthday to the man who gave voice to the wild. 🎉

Sir David Attenborough, thank you for a lifetime dedicated to the natural world, and for sharing its story with wisdom, wonder, and grace.

You've inspired generations to fall in love with nature.

It's my birthday tomorrow. (I'll give you a clue... next year's a big one! 😩😅) Seriously though, I'm so grateful for all that this year has brought... the move to Wales has been amazing, and I have been so welcomed by my school & community. Grateful to be seeing family this weekend to celebrate. ❤️🙏

If Biden, as president, had fallen asleep at the Pope’s funeral, it would have been the top story in America for days.

Trump falling asleep at the Pope’s funeral today won’t be, because our media is broken.

Jasmine Crockett: "The problem is that Americans thought it was okay to take a full fledged criminal and make him the President of the US and then they want to act aghast when he does criminal things. Let me tell you, we have a thug in charge of the US and if we don't wake up we may not have a US"

A Gaelic Blessing by John Rutter (1978), thanks to Dan Clendenin at Journeys with Jesus. This was read aloud during my most recent visit to Salisbury Cathedral, as I sat in the Trinity Chapel, contemplating the blue-toned Prisoners of Conscience window, and it was beautiful.

I received this gorgeous El Águila de Veracruz baseball cap and a beautiful hummingbird necklace from my good friend, Liz, a fellow teacher, in México. So grateful! She's helped with my Spanish so much. ❤️⚾️

St. Óscar Romero's shrine at St. George's Cathedral, Southwark, London. Grateful to have had the opportunity to visit and pray today. ❤️

I lit a candle for Pope Francis at St. George's Cathedral in Southwark today. He was a much-needed voice for the poor and for migrants, for love and acceptance, for justice and peace, and I will miss him. With gratitude for his leadership, and prayers that his successor will continue his work. ❤️
