I lived with Hornbills in Cameroun when I worked there. They were not as amazing looking as their SE Asian relatives, but their calls at dusk were a part of the daily routine.

-$4.5B from programs for students in high-poverty schools
-$49M from the Ed Dept's civil rights office
-$26B from state rental assistance
