Voters didn’t “freely give up” ACA subsidies any more than they “freely gave up” on the existence of USAid. That’s not how voting works.

Why didn’t they wait for the First Circuit Court of Appeals to hear the full SNAP case this week? They granted the emergency injunction. But hey you’re right, now the GOP knows they can just hold poor people hostage to extract whatever they want from a party of Worms! Great point
