Sanders: You have a president who is suing ABC and CBS and the Des Moines register. He is threatening to investigate PBS and NPR. He loves media that fawns on him.. If you cannot take the criticism, get the hell out of politics

Despite that worry, I cannot stop standing up for what is right. I cannot turn a blind eye to injustice. I cannot ignore what Trump is doing to our democracy and our country. Or more precisely, I will not.

So, I won’t.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

NEW: I just spoke to the Vindmans and Alex hasn’t used his clearance for over five years - since he left the White House in February 2020. Trump is a large child.

-Kamala Harris
-Liz Cheney
-Joe Biden + Biden family

We expected 2,000 people out in GOP-held Greeley, Colorado.

11,000 people showed up.

Something special is happening, folks. Now is the time to organize in every dimension possible and get to work.

AOC, @aoc.bsky.social, making the case for free speech alongside universal healthcare is so KEY for the left, because it's time progressives reclaimed the mantle of fighting for free speech from the faux free speech warriors of the right.
AOC: I want to live in an America that guarantees healthcare to every person.

I want to live in an America that has a living wage for every person

I want to live in an America where you have free speech to express yourself and not be afraid of being put on a list or deported.

Trump, Musk, and DOGE would use the power of a shutdown to shift into overdrive.

And the courts, one of our best places to fight these autocrats, could quickly run out of money.

We can’t let this happen.

If the the Govt was to shut down, DJT (ie Muskrat), would have total control over what they deemed to be essential services. So then, isn't Chuck Schumer right in keeping it going? A shut down Govt would allow the "Evil Twins" to run rampant over every Govt dept during the closure.
