This war and extra-judicial kidnapping is patently illegal and unconstitutional. Political leaders on both sides must condemn it. It’s not about whether Maduro is a tyrant but whether the US is still governed by laws and the Constitution. As if this morning, we are clearly not.

This goes without saying, but the U.S. setting the precedent that bombing a major population center in a foreign country so you can arrest their President for drug crimes is probably not great.

Either [the fat, stupid rapist-felon] spent nearly two decades around Jeffrey Epstein and failed to notice what Epstein was doing, or he noticed and he chose not to say anything. Those are kind of the options... Neither one reflects intelligence. They reflect failings of character

So, Congress passes a law requiring the release of ALL the Trumpstein files. Any redactions to protect ONLY the victims

Trump DOJ releases a highly redacted and incomplete batch after working on them for months, citing various lame excuses for their non-compliance

This is what a coverup looks like

Beyond parody.

We have an attorney general who is covering up the Epstein Files and a President who is proud he could identify a giraffe

NB: When I, a professor of law, profess that an act is unlawful, I am not doing it to inform the lawbreaker, but rather to inform you, the reader.

So the question “what, like you think he cares?” is inapposite. The question is whether *you* care. I think you should, which is why I bother.

This new Politico poll should stop us all in our tracks!

50% of Americans are struggling to afford groceries, let’s start there. Then add the fact that we have a president who thinks we’re lying about it.

I’m just waiting for the next poll that asks, “Does the president care about people like me?”
