Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

Look, I'm not one to quickly believe in conspiracy theories about us attacking Venezuela on a made up provocation to distract from the Epstein files, but the timing of all this is not helping me convince myself that it's not true.

Exodus is scheduled for 2027, what if the next Mass Effect also comes out 2027 and we end up repeating Callisto Protocol/Dead Space Remake where they end up coming out within a couple months of each other

Can't wait until I show my kids The Ring and have to explain VHS tapes and landline phones to them since that movie will be over 30 years old by the time they're old enough to watch it

Pretty confident that the Abrams lens flare™ comes from his usual Director of Photography, Dan Mindel, who got his start as a DOP with late period Tony Scott (which may be where he got the flares from lol). If you look at Mindel's other films not with Abrams they also have a lot of lens flare.

I've felt for a long time that a lot of the issues with Rise of Skywalker were because of Bob Iger and not JJ Abrams. The Driver story just confirms that.
