Parliament reopened today, but Nigel Farage was in Washington DC on his 10th trip to the US since becoming an MP. You don't get to earn £1m from 12 jobs by wasting time on what is meant to be your full time role.

Harvey Milk served in the Navy during the Korean War, but was discharged in 1955, not for any misconduct, but because he was gay.

And now his name is being removed from a Navy vessel, once again not because of anything he did wrong, but because he was gay.

It's the same hate from the same scum.

Last year my wife had breast cancer and a double mastectomy.

This morning, for the first time ever, she was challenged in the changing rooms at the swimming pool. Her breasts were not what make her a woman - but, breasts or not, she is entitled to dignity and protection from vigilantes.

Just paid off the last £90 of my student loan 🎉🎉🎉🎉 The government putting the interest from 1% up to 6% and then dropping it to 4% is scandalous. I don't even pay that much interest on my mortgage.

Wow a court case that is sensible and has gone in our favour!

GC beliefs ARE like racism
She stood up when a grant was given to the LGB Alliance, GC colleagues complained about her, she was dismissed, then she won her case for unfair dismissal.

Phuket Airport tannoy announcements are chaotic. Some are pre-recorded and some are live but the staff are all starting new announcements before the previous is done and bing bonging over each other then repeating things 3 times over 😫

In Thailand and bought my other half a new phone from the @xiaomiglobal.bsky.social store. Came with a robot vacuum cleaner, smart speaker, rucksack and battery pack all as freebies plus it was cheaper than in the UK. Result.

Things to know about the London farmers' protest:

- From 2026 anyone inheriting UK farmland will have to pay 20% inheritance tax on assets worth over £1m
- The usual rate, for everyone else, is 40% on assets over £325k
- The biggest owner of farmland is the aristocracy
