So you think Merlin the magician wasn't real?
I guess that means you also don't believe that he still exists and walks amongst us?
Then how do you explain this??? ;)

Ground Skag - A small insectoid creature native to the savannahs of the #scorchbelt. Once a female accepts a male into her burrow, the male rips his wings off and feeds them to the female as a sign of devotion. Because ground skags are blind, these creatures heavily rely on their sense of smell.

Art trade for @pacificbirdnerd.bsky.social! This is her OC, Callie. Callie is a young gryphon living in the PNW trying to navigate life on her own. I had a ton of fun working on this art, and especially doing some research on PNW native plants and animals.

My half of a wonderful #arttrade with @scarbine.bsky.social! This is one of their Skarliti species and they were so great to work with, 💙

Thank you Jules, I’ll send you the google drive once it starts working.

Even though I did kinda jump on the badwagon back when the frozen Homotherium cub was published, I decided to focus on the adult interpretation, though I knew eventually I would like to do something featuring cubs. And here it is! A nice family portrait.

"Nobody… nobody trusts anybody now, and we're all very tired." I keep meaning to do a proper The Thing painting and never finding the time, one day. In the meanwhile here is a Post-It Note piece done with ink, markers and acrylic gouache.

Does anyone know some good spec-evo communities on Discord or some other platform? If not, I think I'll just make my own server.

Dire Wolf (Aenocyon dirus) thread.

No, those wolves in the news yesterday are NOT dire wolves. To be clear those are Gray Wolves with just a few genes modified based on Dire Wolf DNA through CRISPR
