You know what you can use to generate ideas? A brain.

I don't believe people when they say they need this abysmal tech to generate ideas, I think they're lying, but people are so disgusted with the tech being used to replace people's jobs, they don't exactly want to admit to what they're doing.
I just saw someone yell “they’re just using it to generate ideas!”

And

I hate to say it

But if you work in the ART DEPARTMENT and you need a death machine stuffed with your colleagues’ work to give you ideas

Quit.

I accidentally searched for “childscare” and ended up hiring a French au perewolf. The kids actually loved him like a father but it didn’t work out. He started moonlighting and his personality really shifted.

Remember when movies had scenes? You know, scenes, where something would happen and the movie would take the time for you to understand what that thing was, and how the characters felt about it, and would have a sense of rise and fall to it, and lead logically into the next scene? I miss scenes.

I found two chapters of a novel I started in January that I had completely forgotten about, and it's made me realize that I've written practically no fiction this year.

The Horrors blinded my muse.

To anyone who's been writing fiction this spring, you have my utmost admiration.
