The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.

Even on iPhone 11+ devices with iOS 18, there is currently a workaround to stick with iOS 18: log into appleID account & opt to enroll in beta OS updates. Then go to the iOS device to General > Software Update. Then the 18.7.3 version will show up as an update choice where it previously wasn’t.

I’ll give you a little anecdote: Stephen Miller was perhaps the most concerned about the portrait session. He asked me, “Should I smile or not smile?” and I said, “How would you want to be portrayed?” We agreed that we would do a bit of both. And then when we were finished, he comes up to me to shake my hand and say goodbye. And he says to me, “You know, you have a lot of power in the discretion you use to be kind to people.” And I looked at him and I said, “You know, you do, too.”

Today my law firm filed to intervene to fight DOJ's lawsuits to access confidential voter data in Colorado and Hawaii. We are now fighting to protect our clients' sensitive data in 16 of the 18 cases filed by DOJ (plus Fulton County). I expect we will file in the remaining 2 (DE and MA) this week.
