The NBA's all-time wins leader Gregg Popovich officially announced his new role with the Spurs as team president. Coach Pop suffered a stroke six months ago and decided it was time to pass the torch. Alongside Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan, Coach Pop shook the hand of his successor Mitch Johnson.

ESPN has basically traded an entire investigative journalism dept for Stephen A. Smith. ESPN’s IJs used to uncover stories that all sports radio & podcasters would yap about. Invaluable to the brand. The sportsworld spun on it. Now ESPN is just the worst YouTube sports show ever with better graphics
