cut the kernels off 10 ears of corn. sautee in a large pan with some oil.
dice up a half white onion, two green bell peppers, some garlic, and a couple cayennes and add it in.
let the corn kernels stick & brown a little.
add 1 to 2 sticks of butter, salt, pepper, smoked paprika.
