Not sure how Minnesotans will play it, but I'd suggest they go all "Inspector General" (1836) on ICE. Tell them Somalis gather at Big Moose Couscous at the Mall of America every Tuesday. Claim most of them relocated to Hibbing. Give them 1990s clues from a Winter Carnival medallion hunt.

I've lost my bookmark in an eight hundred page book. I am really enjoying this book but i'm really frustrated that I have to spend time trying to figure out where I was. #books

Why do the cashiers at the grocery store feel the need to comment on what I am buying? I don't want to self check, it is stressful for me. Buy i don't want to explain why I'm buying dark meat or dental tools.

The walls are so thin and the lady in the room next to me had a whole soapbox speech plus it sounded like she was moving furniture. Hotel lobby is quieter

Every new bruise, especially the mystery appearances, is a little bit of panic. Im weaned down the monitoring to every six weeks and working on trusting that my body is back to doing its job. Fortunately, i go into the clinic for a regular check up on Wednesday #cansky #leukemia.

Maintenance chemo is a long, rough road. I get all the reasons why, but on the hard days, it's really tempting to flip the table and say, "Meh, im in remission; my numbers are good." I don't, but I see the appeal #cansky

Describing cancer patients as “brave” is inaccurate and dehumanising.

We need less dehumanisation in the NHS. Also dehumanising: putting doctors and nurses on pedestals. This fails to recognise their full humanity.

I wish we’d all stop dehumanising each other.
