Is it normal to get to a final round, get an offer letter that references a Non-Disclosure agreement that you’ve not seen, yet, as terms of acceptance?
Then, after asking for said NDA, it includes a broad Non-Compete clause?

First CES panel. Intuit CMO Thomas Ranese is proud of his company's integration with OpenAI, which involves giving AI read/write access to tax data. Since prompt injection attacks are unavoidable, I asked him who will be liable when customer data is exposed: Intuit, OpenAI, etc?
He had no idea.

An upside to the DRAM shortage could be more memory efficient code.
If it stays high for several years, as it’s expected, projects using less memory doing similar tasks would be massively beneficial.
Demand is reduced in both hardware and cloud costs.
