the beginning of this quote is, "this is the third movie I have ever seen in my life, and I will never watch another one, and the conclusion I've come to is"

I FEEL THIS SHAME and it was in an otherwise-insightful EMAIL so I think it's worse (to a public figure asking for comments). I said 2004 when I meant 2024, nooooooo

I'm more naive than I thought because I definitely would not have assumed that most people would want a view

DAMN right. It's kill if it's anything (I'm speaking for myself here)

SERIOUSLY where'd they get this idea that we're all ride or die for ANY OF THE CLINTONS (Chelsea is fine as I'm aware but you know what I mean!)

you're all good!! It's something that's been bothering me generally when I see people talk about epstein and maxwell and haven't known where to vent about it. in this case I knew you didn't *make* the comic AND that you and I are cool so it felt safe. Much appreciate your thoughts

uggghhhhhh but using a phrase like "k...f..." sounds, to me, nothing but DEMEANING to survivors. I'm all for laughing in/at the darkness but I see only disrespect in something like this, along the lines of @nytimes.com referring to epstein's "Manhattan Lair" as though this is saucy and interesting

a lot of very smart people aren't! this one moves quickly and I think a LOTTT was taken from real life if that helps at all

you're an interpreter?? I had no idea. I'd be SO curious to get your thoughts on a recently-published novel called Misinterpretation about an Albanian interpreter whose worklife gets kinda-hilariously and sometimes-sadly complicated by one of her clients

I am honestly at stage "okay what the fuck is in there that we don't already know, because we already know a lot, but they are fighting this SO viciously and openly"

BELIEVE ME I HEAR YOU on this and other issues, I've had a complicated relationship with her work for over half my life now.

Have you read Blood Roses? That one is my all-time favorite. The Frenzy and The Rose and the Beast are also really good and less riddled with *those* kinds of moments
