Yeah. We may have to put together a case for a bundled sub of eBooks (argh, I HATE those things) for these print titles, and I'm not convinced the usage data supports it. Never mind, eh?

It's a old bloke playing (mostly soothing) tunes on piano/keyboards. Standing seems weird.

Thing is, I understand my mum not realising there were batteries in her fancy phone, given tech support was bamboozling her with words she didn't know. I AM baffled that BT support never asked her about batteries. Seems kind of basic.
