Not really an overstatement to say that the test of a free society is whether or not comedians can make fun of the country's leader on TV without repurcussions.

When you’re a mainstream journalist given an opportunity to interview Trump on TV, you need to be willing to blow the whole thing up in the first minute by challenging his first lie and not letting it go. Make him walk off on camera. Your job is not to make him feel comfortable.

This exchange is so very telling.

Trump repeatedly claims the photoshopped MS-13 on Kilmar Abrego Garcia's knuckles is real, Terry Moran keeps telling him it isn't, prompting Trump to say this:

"I never heard of you. I picked you. You’re not being very nice. He had MS-13 tattooed... Just say yes!"

Corrupt to the core
Having already spent over $7M backing the right-wing candidate in Wisconsin's Supreme Court election, Elon Musk's Super PAC is now offering Wisconsin voters $100 each to sign its petition against "activist judges."

This is what a broken campaign finance system looks like.

While the Trump administration is modeling its shift of the United States from democracy to authoritarianism after Victor Orban's Hungary, they would do well to notice how that's going over with Hungarians.

President Garber,
Please enroll Columbia University students who were expelled.

Lead the way in protecting the universities from the trump administration's objective to silence and control higher education.

Thank you for your leadership.

One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?

They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.

That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.

The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff
