Una solución sencilla: revistas, buscad a editores en países distintos a donde miráis siempre. Hay gente competente más allá de USA/UK/NL con muchas ganas de hacer un buen trabajo como editores asociados. Eso supone 'buscar', no recurrir a la más que trillada red de contactos de siempre.

Meta-analysis forest plots begin to look too crowded if you're reporting around 50 effect sizes or more. This 'orchard plot' is a really nice alternative for visualising 50+ effect sizes (paper link: doi.org/10.1111/ele....).
