awfully rich of JD to call someone out for being inauthentic. a yalie whose law prof helped him write a memoir where he threw his family under the bus in order to craft his up-from-appalachia persona before he toddled off to be a venture capitalist
JD Vance: "Jasmine Crocket -- the record speaks for itself. She wants to be a senator, though her street girl persona is about as real as her nails."

Trump's reckless tariffs have been crushing farmers.

He found $40 billion to bail out Argentina.

But only $12 billion to help the farmers hurt by his policies.

You deserve better.

Former Trump aides appear in Wisconsin court over 2020 fake elector scheme charges
The Wisconsin case was filed a year ago, but it has been tied up as the Trump aides have fought, unsuccessfully so far, to have the charges dismissed.

It reflects the depravity of this soulless ghoul and how he is incapable of decency and good judgment.

There’s a growing belief among Bills fans that the Bills are suffering more practice injuries than in past seasons.

To test that, I analyzed the Bills practice injury reports across multiple years, to see if the trend is real—or just noise.

Analyzing Buffalo Bills Practice Injuries: Trend or Just Perception? - Banged Up Bills
Injuries are a part of football, that much is fact. But much of the Buffalo Bills fanbase’s ire on social media has been directed at the number of practice injuries…

Why it’s important to support independent journalists —
Follow up: it doesn’t say it’s illegal to fire on incapacitated shipwrecked. It just says it’s illegal to fire on the shipwrecked. Where’d you get “incapacitated” and why are you such an asshole?
Q: "The Pentagon's Law of War manual…says 'Orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.' Given that, how was that follow up strike on the two survivors legal?"

Tom Cotton: "They were not incapacitated… They were sitting or standing on top of a capsized boat."

Remember in May when Trump gave asylum to 17 family members of the Sinaloa cartel after making a deal with El Chapo’s son? And did you know in 2013, El Chapo bribed Juan Hernandez- who trump just pardoned - in exchange for protection in Honduras? I’m sure it’s all just a coincidence.

These data generate the kind of graph that political scientists love: monotonically decreasing/increasing series across easily observable & politically salient categories.

District courts have low partisan divides on ruling against Trump, large ones at the circuit level, & near perfect at SCOTUS
District court judges are engaged in a bipartisan project of [forgive me] actually calling balls and strikes. Republican circuit judges are largely going full-tilt partisan.

Trump is a liar. Tear gassing kids in peaceful neighborhoods makes no one safer.

He cannot steal credit from our violence prevention and law enforcement efforts that have reduced crime for four years straight — long before his masked agents showed up. www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...
DHS takes credit for crime being down in Chicago. Data shows that was happening before they arrived.
Immigration officials on Tuesday said a drop in crime numbers was thanks to their work. Police data show the decrease was taking place before federal agents arrived in the city.

A lot of discourse hasn't caught up with how the strong/somewhat breakdown is even more brutal. His core base of strong support is already falling below a quarter of voters! Even what approval he has is increasingly soft and halfhearted. Whereas disapprovers are much firmer in really hating the man.

O'DONNELL: His crypto exchange Binance helped facilitate a $2b purchase of World Liberty Financial's stablecoin. And they you pardoned him.
