There is a belief that "nirvana" originally was used to mean "cool down" ... in a Goldie Lox & 3 bears kinda way.
A similar Thai term is "jai yen" - cool heart.
A cool heart ebbs and flows ... swirls in eddies, rages over rocks or runs deep, yes?

Are you (most likely) familiar with "moringa". It is actually a tree. It is the mainstay of our happy healthy life program. I grew two plants, from seeds and then rooted a cutting.
