As we watch Keir Starmer and his team expand NHS privatisation, please remember that he was elected to become Labour leader saying specifically that he would remove NHS private outsourcing. He then quietly dropped this pledge in Summer 2022.

This is also called liberty, and it's great.
I mean, obviously dysphoria and depression and suicide are all real and awful, but frankly, I think “I just felt like it, fuck you” should be reason enough for transition in a free society.

Just why (well I think I know why) but why!?
As someone who went through school with no mention of trans peoples existence. It just caused me distress when I did finally figure it out. I figured out that I was trans and trigged years of repression until I was brave enough to come out.

🆕🚨 New statutory Relationships and Sex Education guidance published today will:
- Restrict schools from using materials that "encourage pupils to question their gender"
- Teaches children the laws about "biological sex"
- Removes all references to the word transgender

“Sex at birth” is not a useful marker for trans people on gender affirming hormones. There bodies act in accordance with their lived genders.
This is just one example on how this obsession is directly harming trans people. @nhsbt.bsky.social need to listen to trans donors.
