I was dx’d with stage 3B invasive ductal carcinoma when Eli was 5 mos old. Clean physical a month earlier.
Cancer doesn’t usually hurt or make you sick.

If you don’t understand why representation matters, just know that I almost cried when Frozen came out and there was a Disney princess with freckles like me. I was 27. I can’t imagine how it feels for POC, people with disabilities, members of the LGBT+ community, etc. to see themselves represented
