Individual marksmanship is still useful, but it's one factor among many. Same with how good your weapons are, how recently you ate or slept, how much ammunition you have... It's very complex, and there's a certain type of guy who finds complexity personally offensive.

Good thing you can grow those things in Hawai'i, since tourism is gonna tank to zero, since nobody wants to spend money in, or travel to, USA anymore. Also: vanilla. All of which take about 6-10 years to come to full production. Maybe we should focus on staples, for mere survival. 😑

Sometimes spite is a fine reason to live.

But even some waste can be necessary. I am retired from the VA. We carried some emergency medications that weren’t used very often, so sometimes they expired. But when a patient needed them, it was life or death for that person. Technically waste, but morally not waste.

My color blind teenager uses a picture search to know what color things are, and matches things by color numbers alone. 😅

We are definitely topping them all up, as fast as we can, for this reason.
