Dem Governors have more control over trade than they understand.

70% of international trade is running through the black dots. Most of the biggest sea ports, and most proximal to water.

We've been moving ChroMapper back to the Built-In Render Pipeline, which means we can finally implement advanced graphical techniques seen in Beat Saber

(yes, this opens the door to bloomfog and Vivify support)

As someone who was subjected to conversion therapy, it doesn’t work. It won’t work. It’s torture. I was hooked up to an IV and made to vomit watching gay porn for two hours per week. I was prayed over. Bibles and the Book of Mormon were shoved in my face.

1. 4 months ago, The Supreme Court gave families a right to opt out of LGBTQ+ education in schools.

Now, in Montgomery County, Maryland, where the case originated, the results are in.

Only 43 families out of 160,000 students have exercised that new right.

it's actually really fucked that basically everyone in the US is suddenly being forced to mourn a nazi or lose their job or livelihood, i've never seen anything even close to this for any other shooting or death in the US during my lifetime

Heres another list i've had saved on my PC for forever. Special shout out to Affinity, it isn't free but its a one time price not a subscription, the old versions are cheaper and I find them slightly easier to use than photoshop/illustrator while being equally feature-full.

Online age verification is not like "showing ID to buy alcohol" because

a) the liquor store doesn't get to scan your ID and store a digital copy of it forever in a database that will inevitably get hacked

b) you don't have to show ID to go to the library because they have cocktail recipe books

Eight Sleep looks like an amazing way to fix overheating in bed but having online DRM/subscription for your BED really sucks

The fact that a jailbreak released for it to work locally and free is great, literally gives me way more incentive to buy it (but not much because it’s still hella expensive)
mfw you can now jailbreak a bed?

A PayPal call center supervisor said they actually completely agree with me. They said that if enough people call PayPal they would be forced to take notice. I explained the Patreon/Itch/Steam situation and they said they're a creative themselves & that they hope the situation improves.

I have very few people who I genuinely considered heroic for the creative fields, but Kevin MacLeod was one of them. To learn that the "free varied music for whatever you want it for" guy stopped composing and started prompt engineering AI slop for almost a year is the most depressing twist.

i filed a feedback hoping for this to be adjusted, but yeah this is the situation right now.

You know you had the option to say 'this is tyrannical overreach by a government that doesn't understand technology, children or the internet, but it is a legal requirement so we are doing the absolute bare minimum required and only at the point when it becomes legally necessary'.
