My husband got me a kindle for Christmas. I have been kiking all day in the bed reading Romantasy books. He’s been being me snacks and reminding to rest as I recover from this concussion. My AuntiMa is currently in hospice, but these sweet days full of love and care is making grief bearable.

Diagnosed with POTS last year after an almost two year battle. Changed my life style, lost 30 pounds thanks to Pilates. Electrolyte water daily, vitamins, supplements, teas, etc. Saw my cardiologist yesterday and I’m doing so well, I can start weaning off the medication. I’m so proud of myself.

Hormones are truly deranged. Why am I crying watching a comedy! A comedy!!! 🤦🏾♀️ This is why I track my cycle so I know it’s all the hormones fault.

Ended my night with my magnesium mocktail, a hot shower and somatic breathwork/movement to Stevie Wonder. Today was a lot, but releasing the energy through movement helps me center myself before sleeping. Tomorrow is another day to start again.

My community supports my neurodivergence. When I nerd out about all my random facts, they just call it askSabrina and they ask me a ton of questions so I can elaborate and we end looking things up on online. It’s one of my favorite things about my village. We allow everyone to be themselves.

Spent the day in DC going to the Museum of the Bible. I really love going to museums and learning. We were able to take our teen babies too. Watching them learn and marvel at everything was the highlight of my day. I love being an Auntie. I love my community💕
