Besides mandolin I'm also 3 days into learning to play the banjo. I'm trying to get the "bum-diddy" strum pattern committed to muscle memory. If done right it should remind you of a galloping horse, which I kind of achieve briefly here.

I mean... First of all, as soon as the guy grabbed the door that should initiate lockdown protocols and a police response.
Secondly, it's the week between Christmas and New Year. Day care attendance is typically at its lowest during this week, and many are closed altogether.

I've started to see arguments that we have to get used to AI Slop coding even if it isn't great, because it's fast. Humans could go faster, too, if they're allowed to turn in stuff that only sometimes works. Such a fascinating double standard that will in no way come back to haunt, naw.

I feel like the fact that many broadcast stations do fluff public-interest pieces on their "news" programs on days when most people are home instead of, you know, actual news, is at least partly to blame for the shit were in as a nation.
