when you realize the world has no "rules" in how to engage with others, it's way more fun because you can make your own rules that challenge the traditional takes that might make you feel anxious in these situations

Now that Christmas is over I need to be a good girl again and get back to eating very little (but healthier) foods. I'll just shed a tear as I watch the ham I cooked get eaten by the girls and not me 🥲 (I might still nibble on a tiny piece every once in a while).

seconding progesterone! my cis nesting partner has PMDD & i encouraged her to try some of the prometrium I’m prescribed as a trans woman on hrt.
She’s sleeping so much better now & her PMDD symptoms have also dramatically improved.
