Oh hey I'm posting! So I watched the new season of the Witcher, and it's not great. Everyone is complaining about Liam Hemsworth, but he's not the main reason, honestly. They don't use the precious few scenes they have to progress the story enough with all of the plot threads they have.

I wish I was looking forward to Bloodlines 2 more but I know it’s not going to be great. I just hope the story carries it.

Age doesn't necessarily make people wiser, but it sure makes people THINK they are. Wisdom comes with experience in the world, insight about potential experiences, and empathy for others.

My early prediction for game of the year based on hype and studio pedigree for game of the year alone was Hades 2. But while 2025 has been a dumpster fire in every other way, it has had some amazing games!

Too many side quests is a thing in non MMORPGs. Like, in an MMO, where you are playing as a part of a community and as an activity and a part of a world over a LONG period of time? Pile it on. But in a single player RPG? It gets taxing fast. Not a new take, but the padding can ruin a game.

In 2018 My wife and I were lucky enough to get to talk with the amazing @krisstraub.com for a few minutes and got a picture! She's been a huge C-team fan, and has been rewatching it leading to West this year, and I've joined her for my first watch. Hello, friend!
