So glad it rained a bit. I hope it rains more tomorrow. Was walking back after an appointment and it rained a bit for the last 10 mins of my walk. The rain picked up again late evening and was nice to hear it tonight.

The most ethical from of addiction treatment is to adopt a harm reduction perspective and to encourage every positive change rather than insist on abstinence as the only acceptable goal and chastise and discharge those who fail to achieve it.

A friend just generously gifted me with 3 bags almond flour yesterday. Never baked with it before. I've enjoyed baked goods that had it instead of AP flour it was delicious & easier on my guts. I don't want to mess up whatever I make because I know it's expensive. I'm excited and fearful lol
