Hey @dbrauer.net do you have any insight on "Easy Day Cafe" opening (soon?) in the Royal Grounds spot on 42nd and Grand? Plastic was down today, they had an airpot outfront but didn't seem actually open - more a social for the neighborhood on a Sunday.

Anyone else in #LindenHills recently get their mains water back having issues with water pressure? That is ... no water for an hour or more at a time? This started after it was restored in August. Typically intermittent but this outage is at almost an hour. #minneapolis

I was thrilled to help fund their new building way back when, one of the best community supporting spots out there. There are many folks who are opening small coffee shops & bakeries, perhaps a turnkey turnover would be more enticing.
Butter Bakery needs a new owner, fam. One of the most socially conscious businesses in town. We mid-60s guys need to turn over the reins. Maybe this is you or someone you know? butterbakerycafe.com/blog/2025/9/...
