A very good catch by The Guardian on Russianisms that make the “peace deal” sound like it escaped from a Russian grammar workbook and got run over by Google Translate on the way out.

I’d add “NATO expansion” - their trademark phrase, not “NATO enlargement.”

When I was a kid I really liked this book about Chinese dragons so I went to get the sequel and I accidentally picked up a book from a similarly named author that was one of those "sensitive portrayals of immigrant life" kind of kids books and I read the whole thing waiting for a dragon.
