The thing about the "I voted against this" position Schumer is taking is that either he is trying to mislead Dem voters by implying he didn't support reopening right now, or he has no control over his caucus.

I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I know smart, qualified people who *absolutely* know this in their heart of hearts who still don't have a problem with Hegseth. Or with Trump for nominating him.
*Of course* advance information on US combat operations is classified. Pretending otherwise is an insult to our troops, who all know this.

Dems need to keep emphasizing that *Hegseth* is the problem here. The administration is trying to make Waltz the fall guy, so far as they have one. Hegseth is the buffoon sharing the intel.
Pete Hegseth is a liar. These are war plans. End of story. Hegseth is unfit for the job and should resign or be fired immediately.
