i understand the animus against forcing people to give over real gil for RP services but i do think 'tipping' is right and proper bc organizing and running and working at a venue is hard work and FFXIV money is not exactly a difficult resource to accrue

on the one hand it's good that most venues nowadays are IC gil only (& adra's bakery will be, too, if i ever open it. the clinic meanwhile barely even takes IC compensation of any kind lmao); howstever i enjoy the opportunity to shove random amounts of gil at venue employees

im genuinely so disheartened by this ... especially the defensive response saying that they have to incorporate AI otherwise it would take too long to produce their designs ('hundreds of hours per piece').
