Older runner and newer cyclist just trying to keep moving.
The financial press is so bad. So little critical thinking, just focused on access and pushing a narrative. No attempt to inform. I know it’s been this way for a long time but watching them these last few months is something else.

Serious question: Why are white people so afraid of becoming a minority? Does America treat minorities badly or something?

Ken Klippenstein has published Luigi's full manifesto.

"Many have illuminated the corruption and greed... decades ago and the problems simply remain. It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty.”

I never understood how can cities well into hundreds of thousands of inhabitants have so much wasted space in their downtowns. It's just absurd.
Not to mention how this damages walkability and the urban microclimate (less greenery and more asphalt = hotter cities)
How much of your downtown is taken up by parking?

Kavanaugh also brings up "detransitioners," people who "regret" their decision to transition genders. Like Alito, he cites European countries that are "pulling back" from gender-affirming care for minors, saying it's a "yellow light" or "red light" for the court that Europe is "pumping the brakes."
