I was thinking about this when I went to the Resistance photography exhibition the other week. Don't tell me that people are too old to understand things; I refuse to believe that all the people in those photographs protesting for rights can't understand the needs of others.
Are we sincerely saying the same gay men and women who chanted along to 'Glad to be gay', supported the singer when he came out as bi and hosted illegal night clubs in their basements are scared of 'gender'?!!

Really enjoyed Frankenstein. Can also recommend getting to see it with a crowd of people who worked on it, people clapping and cheering specific names in the credits was great (I was in a group with the woman who did the monster's contacts and I must say the contacts are excellent).

We did not make it. There's five of us trying to get to Scotland, a woman at the station said she'd all her manager go see if they'd put us in a taxi and now seems to have disappeared.
Update, train unexpectedly terminated in Shrewsbury. Been put in a taxi to Preston to try and make a 8.41 train. We don't know if we're going to make it.
In the middle of such train madness that I honestly think I'll be lucky to get home today.

I really wish we'd kept records and had the data on how many times we'd had to say 'Fuck off Paul' in the over a decade we've done co-ordinated Bake Off viewing.

New niece has arrived.
Is there a more uncomfortable chair than a hospital chair? I think not. But right now at 4.30am I couldn’t care less as I’m spending the night hours cuddling my new baby daughter, with her Mum sleeping soundly beside me. Still can’t wrap my head round the fact I’m actually a Dad now!
