Here's the way I think of Cannon's intervention.
First, it makes it more likely 11th C will rule against her. Nauta and DeOliveira REALLY do have a legal claim here.
But no one in 11th C has a legal claim on the DC case.
And I also think it more likely it'll be resolved in more interesting ways.
