If you’re seeing things that aren’t relevant to you on your timeline from people you don’t follow, you’re probably on the discover tab. Get off it. Life is too short
This morning when I was cuddling my cat, she started shuddering like she was having a seizure. Then she was fine. So obviously I assumed I’d get home from work and find her dead. So unbelievably happy when she screamed at me as soon as I stepped through the door

I do have an invoice for her that has her address on it, I might send her a postcard

The campaign against "performative reading" is exactly what I would get on board with if I were a marketing person in, say, Spotify or Amazon and I wanted men to go back to listening to manly podcasts and audiobooks at 1.5x speed instead of gawping at bits of paper on the street like gay babies do.

In a strange turn of events, I've heard of most of the celebs on the jungle this year. There's 3 I've not heard of and only 2 of them is because they're young'uns

It’s amazing when you realise you’re coming out of a depression you didn’t realise you were in and you find yourself laughing out loud at things again

How is there a way forward? We're being told that the evils in the world is down to immigrants & transwomen & I should be mad at all that when all I can see is people trying to stop normal people living their normal life. Everything is expensive & the people paying for it are ones who can't afford.

The Fall. I see the jokes about the line up, I sort of get the context but I have never knowingly heard anything by them or have even seen them
What is your biggest musical blindspot for someone precisely your age?
For me - an elder millennial - it is that I have never knowingly listened to INCUBUS, nor could I name even one of their songs if you put a gun to my head.

Measured something in my house for my dad. Sent him the measurements. He said it didn’t sound right. So I measured it again, same. Sent them again, he still says they’re wrong so he’ll come over & measure himself. Sent him a photo with the tape measure against it. I bet he’ll still come round
