the best time to transition was yesterday. the second best time is today. you'll never not reach for any justification not to transition, but you'll never know for sure you shouldn't transition without trying it and deciding it's not for you. but if you're thinking about it this much it probably is.
seen a sentiment from a few people now expressing or implying a desire to transition but feeling unable due to the current political climate. while fear of the future is completely reasonable, waiting for a "good time to transition" will waste your life. it will never not feel scary at first

the whole "sex ≠ gender" idea was a can that's been kicked down the road for over a decade in order to make cis ppl comfortable and it's backfired entirely. we need to be willing to argue and assert the truth that biology is complex and sex is in fact mutable via HRT

something i find really bizarre is how many people think it's acceptable to watch prequels before the main work because it's "chronological." outside of a tiny handful of exceptions this is almost never correct!

a major issue with video games is that they produce a bunch of people who consider themselves brain geniuses for solving problems that were designed to be solvable. as a remedy, we should be making more games that are actively and irreconcilably hostile to the player. thank you
