My shock isn't that Clint Eastwood buys some of this art, but that in the USA, people accept they have to do this. In the UK. Reform, Conservatives and, increasingly, Labour want the NHS to end up like American "healthcare" where many people can't afford treatment to get better.

Sometimes I feel hopeless about what is happening to the NHS and what people are doing about it. I think we either need to go all in, find the millions of people who care and get a *lot* louder, or we give up.
