This has been the most interacted with session at the conference so far. It was gold standard in terms of creating a space for reps in attendance to have that much needed dialogue with the organisation. Brilliant to see the passion about our roles as reps and for Trade Unionism

Having seen @rcn.org.uk on UTV today, I am very impressed by the position of no derogation if strike action becomes a reality again
My colleagues deserve pay parity & I have no doubt they will fight and win when the time comes
