"While some ideas, if effectively delivered, would garner our support, we are deeply concerned that the dominant strands being advanced rely heavily on privatisation and unrealistic technological promises."

Having seen @rcn.org.uk on UTV today, I am very impressed by the position of no derogation if strike action becomes a reality again
My colleagues deserve pay parity & I have no doubt they will fight and win when the time comes

5 days in what can only be described as insane temperatures in Portugal and im actually grateful to be under Scotlands skies

Agree, we need people to train and stay this would be a good incentive for all healthcare staff
I think doctors should get free university and in turn commit to the NHS for X years, hard enough being a doc in the UK, it maybe would feel a wee bit easier/valued if you didn’t have £100k of debt!

Our job involves life and death but it cannot be accepted that we have to worry about our own when we go to work!
