Trying to rationalize all the division we see around us. Maybe it really comes down to one thing — a complete lack of trust.

While trying to rationalize all the division we see around us, it hit me. Maybe it really comes down to one thing — a complete lack of trust. At this point, the cause almost doesn’t matter. Media, algorithms, and AI are not helping. Trust is built slowly and lost quickly. It grows when we show up consistently, listen more than we talk, and work to understand instead of rushing to judge.
