En Latinoamérica tenemos brotes recientes importantes de #pertussis #tosferina en varios países, ⬆️ de fallecidos y ⬇️ coberturas de vacunación en varias regiones. Desconocemos la prevalencia de cepas resistentes de Bp a macrólidos. Por tanto, ⬆️ vacunación es vital:
